1. User Eligibility

a. Age Requirement: To use our website as an applicant, you must be at least 15 years old. But this platform also welcomes those with disabilities, senior citizens, former overseas Filipino workers, part-time workers, and even on-the-job trainees.

b. Valid Email Address & Phone Number: Registering an account and getting notifications, updates, and communication from the site requires active email address and phone number.

c. Legal Status: To apply for jobs, users must be able to work in the nation in question legally. This could entail obtaining the necessary citizenship, residency, or work visas.

d. Professional Profile: Users should be able to build a professional profile that includes their education, talents, employment history, and other pertinent data

2. Job Pairing

a. Applicant Profile: Users are required to provide their abilities, expertise, and preferred jobs by creating a profile on our website. Using this data, we can match you with prospects for suitable employment. You are responsible for ensuring the data is correct and up to date.

b. Job Matching: PCES Inc. website utilizes algorithms to match career possibilities based on the details in your profile. While we offer accurate and relevant opportunities, we guarantee that the availability of any job opportunity is real-time & updated.

c. Application Process: When submitting a job application via our PCES Inc. website, you consent to give the employer true, correct, and comprehensive information. Your application could be rejected if you provided any inaccurate or misleading information.

d. Candidate Evaluation: Your qualifications and job fit are completely the responsibility of potential employers. The outcome of your application for employment or an interview is not guaranteed by us.

3. Job Pairing

a. Account Registration & Termination: To access certain features and services on our website, you may need to create a user account. You must fill out the registration form completely and accurately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Your user account may be terminated or suspended at any time and for any cause, including a breach of these Terms or illegal conduct. By contacting our support staff, you can also request that your account be terminated.

4. Subscription Fee

PCES Inc. provides applicants with access to premium features and improved job matching prospects through subscription-based services. The amount and billing cycle for the subscription cost, including options such as Local Subscription and International Subscription on a monthly basis, will be clearly outlined on our website. By subscribing to our premium services, you authorize PCES Inc. to charge the specified subscription fee to your PayPal account. The subscription fee will be automatically billed according to the chosen billing frequency unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

By agreeing to recurring payments, the cardholder authorizes PayMongo to automatically deduct payment from the given credit/debit card account until he/she revokes such authorization. The payments shall be charged at the start of each billing cycle, which shall be dependent on the agreed products/plans. After the processing of payment, the Merchant shall reach out to the cardholder if his/her payment is successful or not. PayMongo shall not be held liable for the Merchant's failure to notify the cardholder regarding the payment status. The cardholder further acknowledges and agrees that the billing cycle and amount to be deducted are dependent on the instructions made by the Merchant to PayMongo.

5. User Conduct

a. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information on your profile or job applications.
  • Misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or credentials.
  • Engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful content.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of our website or services.
  • Collecting or harvesting any user data without authorization.
  • Engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our website or services

b. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

As an employer, you must register for an account and give accurate and current information to access and use the services of the Website. The confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, is your responsibility. You commit to let us know right away if your account is used or accessed without your permission.

2. Job Postings and Content

You declare and guarantee that the data supplied is true, comprehensive, and legal by posting job vacancies on the website. Your job posts’ content and any outcomes that may result from it are your entire responsibility. You must refrain from posting illegitimate, slanderous, offensive, or inappropriate materials on the Website. Any job posting that disobeys these terms or our content guidelines may be removed or modified at our discretion.

3. Candidate Selection and Communication

You are exclusively in charge of choosing and employing individuals. We guarantee any candidate’s appropriateness, credentials, or performance based on the information provided by the company. You alone are responsible for all interactions with applicants, including discussions, negotiations, and hiring choices. We have no involvement in your employment arrangement with the applicants.

4. Payment

a. Our platform offers employers a range of premium services and extra features. While registration is free, certain advanced features may require payment. If you choose to utilize these paid features, you authorize us to deduct the appropriate fees from the payment method you provide at the time of service activation. Detailed payment information and terms will be clearly outlined on the website. Except as expressly indicated in our separately available refund policy, all payments made for these services are non-refundable.

b. Unless specifically specified otherwise in our refund policy, which will be made available separately, all payments paid are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and all its content, such as but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by proprietary rights that we or our licensors have acquired. Without our special authorization, you cannot copy, modify, distribute, or use any portion of the website to develop your works.

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that the Employers details are used at your own risk. Regarding your use of the website or the services offered, including any inaccuracies or mistakes in the content, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
