On September 20, 2025, Philippine Central Engagement Services, Inc. (PCES, Inc.) together with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) from Naic, Cavite successfully conducted a clean-up drive. The activity had the theme, “PROJECT GREEN PATH: A Blueprint for Greener, More Inclusive Philippines.”
The objective of this initiative was to provide Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) a platform to showcase their skills and talents. It also aimed to highlight their important role in both society and the workforce.
The program started with an orientation led by Chief Operating Officer of PCES, Inc., Leo Herrera, who introduced the PWD-e platform. The orientation emphasized how this platform works and how it will benefit persons with disabilities.
Afterward, the participants, together with the PCES, Inc. team, began the clean-up activities. They worked hand in hand to make the surroundings cleaner and greener.
During the event, the participants were also encouraged to register on the PWD-E platform. This platform was designed to help them explore and apply for different job opportunities.
In line with this, the participants received guidance from the PCES, Inc. team throughout the registration and creation of their own accounts. Moreover, the team ensured that everyone understood how to navigate and use the system effectively.
Aside from the clean-up activities, Persons with Disabilities also took part in preparing and cooking meals for the event. In addition, PCES, Inc. team also organized fun games such as charades and a history quiz, which the participants actively joined.
This serves as proof that despite their conditions, it won’t stop them from showcasing their skills and knowledge through various activities. Furthermore, their participation showed their enthusiasm and teamwork throughout the event.
Furthermore, this event succeeded through the collective efforts of PCES, Inc. together with Persons with Disabilities in Naic, Cavite. It was also made possible through the support of City Mayor Rommel Magbitang.
Moreover, this effort aimed to promote inclusivity while actively engaging in meaningful activities. These activities help enhance their abilities and contributions to the community.
