BJMP Bacoor joins PCES for Chains2Chances

With hopes to support the Persons Deprived of Liberties (PDL’s) life after jail time, PCES Inc., expanded Chains2Chances website with yet another partner, BJMP Bacoor through signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on May 9, 2025 at Rosario, Cavite.
This collaboration is a milestone for both parties in building a platform for those who are seeking a real second chance in life.

DPO/IT Director John Ronald Robillos and Marketing Intern Jazmine Gundaran from PCES were present in the ceremonial signing for Chains2Chances partnership.
Following the steps of BJMP Tanza and BJMP Calabarzon, JSUPT. Christopher Penilla and JCINSP. Analiza Foster signed the MOA on behalf of BJMP Bacoor, officially accepting and joining PCES in its efforts for inclusive employment.
PCES Strengthens PDL Employment Opportunities through the support of BJMP Bacoor
PCES expressed appreciation for JSUPT. Penilla’s openness and willingness to support PDLs in rebuilding their lives and being given a second chance. With this, PCES is moving forward to help address the employment needs of PDLs as they prepare to reintegrate into society.
